Speaker selections were just as large for the IM3003 as any model.  Take note of the IS319AB (actually it's a PB polished brass speaker shown). The IS319 was a recessed mounted Patio Speaker with an all Metal Face Plate. 

A similar speaker (IS419) was offered for the IM4006. Both used a IR55 Recessed Wall Enclosure.

An oddity of this catalog is the pictures of the remote speakers, shown with light tan pushbuttons.  These are very early pictures (from 1984) by 1992 all of the pushbutton had been changed to chrome plated plastic.
