The red arrows point to the 2 output transistors, which are mounted inside the really huge aluminum heat sinks.
This may seem over done, however since there isn't a gain control on the amplifier, when it is in use, it runs at full output. In the 2561 the output transistors are mounted on the aluminum chassis, which is quite large as a heat sink, so the design in the 470 is probably the equivalent in a smaller package.
The blue arrows point to the input and output transformers, again a hold over of the 2561's design.
