NuTone Model 2540 overheated circuit board with arrows

Here you can see the end result of a long term over heating problem cause by the failed resistor.

The heat has cooked the circuit board and the copper trace.  When this was desolder the trace lifted off the board.  It was necessary to reglue the trace before the new resistor was installed.
