The red arrows point to the improper radial capacitors that were mounted at some time in the past. Having the long bare leads on the top of the board is not correct and also the capacitor is not really held in place on the board it self.
The blue arrow ponts to a properly installed axial capacitor, it has short leads and is held tightly against the board bythe soldered leads.
The yellow arrows point to the through holes for this transistor. The circuit boards in the 2500 had metal sleeves mounted on the through holes for the transistors. Someone worked on this unit and replaced the transistors. When they did this, the pulled the sleeves out of the through holes, probably because they didn't have the correct tools to desolder the transistors. This is vey bad workmanship!
