NuTone IM3303 overheated traces

A by-product of overheated components are overheated circuit pads and traces.  This is a view of the bottom of the board where the 2 transistors and 2 resistors are located.

These circuit traces wanted to lift off the board when the components were desolder.  One solder pads broke off its trace when the resistor was removed.
