NuTone IMA3303 close up of failed resistors

The red arrows point to some of the failed resistors in this IMA3303.  The small resistor that is mounted under the heat sink looks like it failed drastically.

There's actually a small creator that has been burned in to the surface of the board from the heat of the resistor.
