NuTone IM3303 failed micro-controller.

Here is the reverse side of the Control Board.  The dark brown square is in the same location as the micro-controller mounted on the other side of the board.  

The brown discoloration was cause by heat from the micro-controller.  The micro-controller was hot from to high a voltage due to the failed power supply.

This is not a repairable problem, the board had to be replaced with a used board from a donor unit.
