NuTone IM4406 water damaged pcb

The white powdery  substance and green corrosion is from a mixture of water and drywall sanding dust.

It ran down the wall when painters were stripping wallpaper in the kitchen, where this IM4006 was installed.

This amount of damage happened in about 3 weeks after the painters were working in the house.
